Service Description

L.E.A.N. Expectations is a comprehensive workshop program (consisting of 3 classes) designed by world renown pediatrician and author Dr. Bill Sears and presented by Certified Health Coach and Child Development Specialist, Sarah Myriam. The series is designed for women who are pregnant, thinking about getting pregnant, or recently had a baby. All three classes can be taken together as a series or each individually. A healthy pregnancy starts before conception and continues after delivery. Both Dr. Sears’ years of pediatric experience and Sarah's years of Child Care and Parenting experience provide relevant and valuable information to both new and experienced moms in all stages of pregnancy.
