Meet The Team
Camila Pereira
Ms. Camila has been one of our nursery school teachers since January of 2020. She's originally from Brazil where she worked as Psychologist and worked with young children. Ms. Camila believes that nothing is more important than the formation of a person as a human being and that it starts in childhood. It is her mission to care for and assist children in their development.
She loves to read and tell stories and her smile is known to brighten everyone's day.
Traci Duff
Ms. Traci is currently studying for her Masters in History and Education. She's worked as a preschool teacher's aid and camp counselor in previous years and absolutely loves children!
Ms. Traci believes children are our future. She believes an educator's job is to help children embrace their creativity, expose them to new things, and to help them express themselves. Her favorite activities are coloring, arts & crafts, and music time.
Like us, she believes children can learn so much from nature and wants to make a meaningful impact in their lives.
Lauren Roy
Certified as a Montessori Early Childhood Teacher through the North American Montessori Center and having previously taught at Apple Montessori several years, Ms. Lauren has surely been a great addition to our Nature Nest family. She has a very fun personality and the children all very much enjoy her company. Prior to becoming a teacher, Ms. Lauren worked at ABC News and also did some customer service work elsewhere. She owns a horse and loves nature and horseback riding.
