Eat RIGHT Now The Eat RIGHT Now class of the L.E.A.N. Expectation program series covers optimal nutrition during pregnancy and beyond. In this workshop, participants receive all learning materials/books and will learn: ~What it means to be L.E.A.N. during pregnancy ~Traffic Light Eating ~What it means to "Eat for two" ~What additional nutrients are required for a healthy pregnancy
